Ellodie-Lark Stott
I have been dancing since the age of 4 years here in Devon, having seen my sisters go to Ballet classes I was desperate to join them.
With the Ballet bug still holding fast, I joined the Royal Ballet junior associate program in London for three years and at 11 years old I was awarded a place with The Royal Ballet Lower School, White Lodge.
I continued my training at Elmhurst School for Dance and in 2009, graduated from Rambert School for Ballet and Contemporary with a BA Hons degree in Ballet and Contemporary dance.
In the September of 2009, I joined Vienna Festival Ballet Company where I toured the UK with Ballet's such as Swan Lake and the Nutcraker. For my final tour I was lucky enough to perform the soloist role of Carabosse the evil fairy in The Sleeping Beauty which has been always been a goal of mine.
After touring with VFB I moved back home to Devon to pursue my career in dance teaching.
I received my Diploma in Dance Teaching Studies in 2015 and I am now a registered teacher with The Royal Academy of Dance. I teach non-syllabus Ballet, Jazz and Contemporary dance at Bridestowe, Chagford, Hatherleigh and Okehampton, for children and adults of all ages, as well as primary school dance for the Dartmoor Federation Primary Schools.
I have always felt drawn to Devon and determined to help dance become more widely available to children and adults. I have been amazed at how rewarding and energising teaching dance has been and I am extremely excited about continuing to expand my classes further.

I wanted to develop my understanding of anatomy and physiology to help support my dance teaching so in 2020 I began my Pilates training, and in 2022 became a Level 3 Body Control Pilates Matwork Instructor.
